THE BOOK OF REVELATION Chapter 20

1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

This is most likely Michael the archangel as you can see in Daniel 12:1 where the time of trouble is written of which is the thousand-year-long great tribulation that begins when the TRUE Christ returns at the seventh trumpet immediately after Daniel’s 70th week which was seven years but is now five months.

And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

This being why Satan was called back in Revelation 11:7 the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit and then we found out in Revelation 17:8 that after he ascends out of the bottomless pit he will go into perdition which means he will be cast into lake of fire where he will be blotted out of existence along with whoever chooses to follow him again at that time.

And I saw thrones, and these are the same thrones written of in Daniel chapter 7:9 and they sat upon them, and remember we first saw the twenty-four elders back in chapter 4 of this book of Revelation aboard the (apparently) polished spectrum metal vehicle with the TRUE Christ upon His return at the seventh trumpet and judgment was given unto them: the twenty-four elders are of the seven thousand Zadok who (for the most part) lived and died throughout the centuries who are the souls under the altar we read in the fifth seal back in Revelation chapter 6 and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded not that they were all literally beheaded but as you can see when you look up this word in the Strong’s Concordance it means truncate which means ‘to shorten’ so in other words their lives were shortened for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God,

That covers the souls under the altar who had lived and died throughout the centuries and what follows is a separate group:

and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

In other words: the millennial priesthood will consist of the seven thousand Zadok as well as the 144,000 and whosoever will repent before the seventh angel sounds.

The church in Philadelphia consists of those of the Zadok who will be alive during the hour of temptation with the church in Smyrna being the 144,000.

Whosoever will means those out of most (if not all) of the other churches written of in Revelation chapters 1, 2 and 3 as well as those who never were Christians who will of their own free will choose to believe upon the TRUE Christ during the sixth trumpet because of what the Holy Spirit will say through those who get delivered up during that time.

Even though all but those of the church in Philadelphia will have received the mark of the beast at 666 when they were deceived into worshipping Satan instead of Christ (which is what ‘antichrist’ means) once they repent and are grafted into God’s family tree it is as though it never happened.

But the rest of the dead lived not again (spiritually) until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. and those who stand against Satan after the thousand years are finished (having absorbed the discipline Christ will teach through the millennial priesthood) will take part in the second resurrection and go into the third world age.

Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death meaning the death of the soul and the spiritual body in the lake of fire hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.

And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, meaning all who failed to take part in the first resurrection at the seventh trumpet to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea. this being the number of those Satan will attempt to deceive into following him again at that time.

And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: i.e. Jerusalem where Christ and the millennial priesthood will be and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are,

As you can see pointed out in the Companion Bible: this would be better translated as ‘where the beast and the false prophet were cast’ meaning Satan’s one world system and his role of antichrist.

Anything or anyone cast into the lake of fire ceases to exist.

and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. which does not mean tortured forever and ever but rather tested by the touchstone day and night forever and ever as you can see when you look up this word translated as ‘tormented’ in the Strong’s Concordance.

According to the Webster’s Dictionary: a touchstone is ‘Any test or criterion by which the qualities of a thing are tried’ so in other words this is a figure of speech that means Satan is already judged having received the death sentence for his rebellion in the first world age as you can see in Ezekiel 28.

After the thousand years are finished his death sentence will be carried out and then from that point forward he will cease to exist forever and ever.

God said “never shalt thou be any more” to Satan in Ezekiel 28:19 because both the soul and the spiritual body get destroyed in the lake of fire as we know from the 28th verse of Matthew chapter 10.

11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.

This happens at the end of this second world age after the thousand years are finished.

12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.

13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.

14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.

The death of both the soul and the spiritual body when they get blotted out of existence.

15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Everyone else will go into the Eternity which is the third world age.
